Pacific Tower Properties, Inc. is an Alaskan owned Corporation with its principal office at 2550 Denali Street, Suite 500, Anchorage, Alaska 99503. The Company is a full service commercial real estate brokerage company offering its clients professional brokerage services for buyers and sellers, valuation, development, tax appeal and consulting services.

Pacific Tower Properties, Inc. as it exists today is the result of the merger of two of the predominant commercial real estate companies in Alaska, Pacific Tower Properties, Inc. and H and R Management, Inc. The original Pacific Tower Properties was formed by Mark Rowley, RPA in 1989 and H and R Management was formed by Doug Richards, CPM in 1986. Both companies were started during the time when the Alaskan economy was at an all time low as a result of the drastic drop in oil prices. The Companies specialized in offering full service commercial real estate brokerage and management services to institutional owners of real estate who obtained properties through foreclosures. Today, Pacific Tower Properties, Inc. specializes in providing its clients with a broad range of commercial real estate services. Its clients include institutional owners, native corporations, private investors and government entities.

PTP Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Pacific Tower Properties, Inc., provides building management, construction and consulting services throughout Alaska.
