PTP Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Pacific Tower Properties, Inc., is an Alaskan Corporation with it's principal office at 2550 Denali Street, Suite 500, Anchorage, Alaska 99503. The Company has been doing business in Alaska since 1986.
Our early mission was to provide institutional owners of commercial real estate with professional management services. The Company was started during a time when the Alaskan economy, reacting from the drastic drop in oil prices, reached an all-time low. Due to the timing of the formation of the Company, PTP Management (formally H and R Management, Inc.) was able to acquire a substantial volume of the commercial property management business from institutional owners of real estate who obtained properties through foreclosures. Today our clients include institutional owners, native corporations, private investors, and government entities.
PTP Management, Inc. manages in excess of 3 million SF of commercial space in Alaska (55 separate projects). Our management portfolio consists of retail, office, mixed use and industrial projects. The majority of the projects managed are located in the Anchorage Bowl, including Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer and Wasilla. The Company also manages projects in Juneau, Ketchikan, Fairbanks and Dutch Harbor.
